XAMPP upgrade issues

I upgraded XAMPP from an older version, but silly me forgot to stop all of the processes first. Now when I try to start one of the processes I get a message saying that the port is already in use. XAMPP is right, I've used Network Utility to confirm this, but I have no idea how to free the port for use.
