Accessing localhost

Having a problem when accessing my localhost. What ever .php file i am trying to open, i recieve this message:
Sorry we are having technical difeculties at the moment.
.html files work

Are there anymore informations regarding your issue? You didn't describe anything from your environment. OS? Apache? Version? PHP Version? Access URLs? Access.log? Error.log?

It's hard to support you without informations and my marble is broken today...
