Is there a bug tracker?

Hi,

The only bugtracker I have been able to find, bugs.xampp.org, is down and seems to have been for a year. Is there a replacement?

A project such as xampp should have an easy-to-find link to the issue tracker from the home page of the project.

Or should bugs be reported in the forum?
