OK -

I think you may have had (or still have) a problem that disables localhost - Have you run MalwareBytes??? or had a virus removed?

viewtopic.php?p=189177

Good Luck

If this fixes your problem and you DON'T think you had a virus, you should use Malwarebytes or another reliable A/V malicious software remover.

Well some how it doesn't load forever now i get this instead and also i removed a MW software to!

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

And in xampp-control.ini changed port 80 to 8080 on apache and still nothing!

The text in the "CMD" window would be very useful

In the CMD box, right click > Edit > Mark
Drag you cursor over the text, Press Enter

that will put it in the clipboard

Paste it into your reply please

Regarding the situation - one of two things is happening here

A. Something like XAMPP is already running, we need to see what that is.

or

B. XAMPP is working correctly, but there is a misunderstanding of how things are working.

Simple solution (to get answer at least)

Reboot machine, do nothing else.
open a browser, type in http://localhost to see what happens
If XAMPP or something else comes up - we will have an idea of how to fix - note what is being served - if XAMPP is coming up - it is set as a service, there is no need to use Control Panel to start it/

if nothing comes up at all
Use the XAMPP Control Panel and try to start Apache manually

if XAMPP does not start when you try from the Control Panel or gives you a message
note the error message
Use Netstat button to see the path of any executables using ports 80 or 443

Good Luck
