Regarding Apache Service in XAMPP Control Panel

I had installed XAMPP setup & could see the Apache & Mysql services in Running State. But when I try to access the website that I had hosted locally - using localhost url, I doesn't get response from apache service. Though it is running the link doesn't get opened. When I open the XAMPP Control Panel, stop the apache service & then start it again then after that I get the locally hosted application url browsed.

Everytime I shut down, restart machine I had to restart the service manually via XAMPP Control Panel. Can anyone let me know what can be the issue?
