Other References/Forums

With many thanks and all due respects to the people who answer topics in this Apache Forum, are there other References or Forums you can recomend for problems that remain unsolved?
The problem I have is the e-mail not working and without this, my web site and months of work are totally useless.
I've posted the problem under "Send E-mail not working" but the problem remains unsolved.
