error 2002, please help

I have uninstalled XAMPP (but i made a mistake) I didn't do it with uninstall
and when I installed XAMPP again I get

MySQL said: Documentation
#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)
Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed.

then I uninstaled it again (properly) and deleted it
and installed it again and i get again

I'm runing windows 7 and XAMPP 1.8
