Hello, I am currently running the OS: Windows Server 2008 on my VPS. I installed Xampp but I cannot run Apache. It just will not startup.

That is what it says. I have no idea what to do. PLease help?

Have you installed the proper C++ redistributable libraries??

If you have not, do so - then stop/restart the container/server/VM and test XAMPP again
