I went install but cut down... what is install Apache as a Service...Filezilla, mysql too...?

These are recommended be checked? what is the difference if unchecked?

Installing components as services means that these components are started automatically as windows services right after windows starts.

If the services are not registered, you have to start the components yourself or use the control panel v3 function to start the components automatically if the control panel is started.
Benefit is that the ports are just blocked by the XAMPP components if you really need them.

In the control panel you have checkfields you can tick for every main component, yes.

isn't a windows setting (run apache mysql php just after switch on PC) to run as a service (if not checked during install, and after needed it like checked in settings)? Or control panel controls such settings in windows?

the control panel checkboxes doesn't do much more then registering the Windows service for the checked component.

The XAMPP control panel, and yes, if your control panel is running with the needed permissions (in fact for Windows 7 extended Administration permissions) this is a very easy function.
