Irgendwelche Probleme mit XAMPP für Windows? Dann ist hier genau der richtige Ort um nachzufragen.

Apache sehr langsam | Ver. 1.8.0

Hallo,

Seit dem Update auf Xampp 1.8.0 ist mein Apache sehr langsam geworden.

Simple AJAX Posts brauchen mehr als 1 Sek. die früher in paar MS erledigt wurden (mit der vorherigen Version).
Das sind 10 Ajax Requests in einem Abstand von 15 Sek.
Ich habe einfach Xampp 1.8.0 über meine alte Installation rüber installiert.

Ein Kollege hat Xampp komplett frisch installiert, er hat auch das Problem, das Xampp so langsam bei ihm ist.
Wir haben beide Windows 7 64 Bit.

Hat jemand eine Lösung dafür?

Das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Steht auf der Liste der Version 1.8.0: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=49458

Der Apache war (zumindest bei mir) schon immer recht langsam auf Windows, wenn folgende Einstellungen nicht in der httpd.conf aktiviert wurden:

EnableMMAP off
EnableSendfile off

Ich habe aber ein anderes / ähnliches Problem (Win2k3 Standard Server mit allen upsdates)
Wenn ich eine große Datei Downloade wird der Download als "fertig" im IE / Firefox angezeigt, obwohl er nicht fertig ist.
Datei hat als Orginal-Größe 356 MB - Die Files die der Client anschließend hat sind zwischen 220-260 MB.
Bei einem Freund sind die Files nur 11 MB groß.
Selbst wenn ich die File auf dem Server downloade downloaded er diese nicht komplett fertig.

Gibt es ein zeitliches Timeout beim Apachen für normale Dateidownloads?

ich habe mal ein wenig weiter getestet.

Hierzu habe ich mir einfach von http://www.apachelounge.com/download/ den neusten Apache mal heruntergeladen.
Habe die Pfade angepasst und das Teil einfach mal gestartet (ohne PHP und all dem anderen kram).
Mit dieser Apacheversion werden die Downloads nach schon 60 MB einfach abgebrochen - der Client meldet aber dass der Download komplett sei.
Ich habe es auch mit anderen Dateien getestet - selbes Fehlerbild.
Die Dateien auf dem Server sind nicht beschädigt.

Hat jemand noch dieses Problem?

nach nun diversem rumprobieren und testen und so weiter habe ich meine Probleme gelöst.

Die Kurzfassung:
Der Apache lief bei mir früher auf Windows trotz ausgeschalttetenem EnableSendFile sehr langsam.
Abhilfe verschaffte damals ein Registryeintrag den man hinzufügen musste.
Diesen Wert hatte ich damals etwas höher eingestellt als er sein sollte, was wiederum dazu führte dass nun heute (jahre später) der neue Apache nicht richtig funktionierte.

sehr komisch.
Vielleicht krieg ich langsam alzheimer :P

In einer neu runtergeladenen zip ist es auch aktiv. Bei mir in der Installation war es auskommentiert und die alte installation kannte die option nicht.

So wie es aussieht, lahmt bei mir die PHP Extension MySQLi.
Ohne den Aufruf der Klasse läuft alles normal wie immer schnell,
binde ich MySQLi ein, fängt der Apache an zu lahmen.
Es reicht schon:

Ich hab jetzt nicht weiter geguckt, ob MySQL selbst bremst oder die Extension, tippe aber ganz stark auf die Extension.

Also, wenn ich Xampp 1.8 auf einer virtuellen Machine Win XP 32 bit installiere scheinen Apache/PHP/MySQL problemlos (schnell) zu laufen.
Auf meiner realen Machine unter Win 7 64 bit dauern Datenbankabfragen sehr lange. Teilweise sind die Abfrageresults unvollständig.
Somit sieht es für mich so aus, dass nicht der Apache sondern Mysql im Zusammenhang mit Win 7 64 bit das Problem darstellen.
