XAMMP Control Panel 3 downgrade between 1.8.0 beta 4 and 5?

Hi, is there a reason that XAMPP 1.8.0 beta 4 for Windows contained XAMPP Control Panel Version 3.0.11 but beta XAMPP 1.8.0 beta 5 for Windows contains the older XAMPP Control Panel Version 3.0.2?
