When I type localhost/phpmyadmin i get the following error!

Hi indrajith,

This error message does not come from Apache but from Squid Proxy.
Ask your administrator about your problem, Squid Proxy is not part of XAMPP.
There is a reason why your computer is protected by such a proxy.
