Next time please choose a more self speaking headline for your thread. Nearly every thread at this board is a request for help.
I have corrected this for you (this time).

The solution for your issue is quite easy: Don't use any language specific characters in your foldernames or filenames. Your foldernames and filenames should only contain the characters a-z and 0-9 and _
