missing file php_pdo.dll

Hello,
I installed XAMPP 1.7.4 with the installer. It seem to work fine. I want to also install Drupal 7.0, but it requires Apache to have both php_pdo.dll and php_pdo_mysql.dll in the php/ext directory. I am missing php_pdo.dll in my php/ext directory. I followed the instructions on http://drupal.org/node/549702. Even though I found the ini file and added the lines to add the dll extension and restart the web server, the actual php_pdo file is still missing in the php/ext directory.
I'm not sure why it's missing the file. How do I get the file? Thanks.

In newer PHP versions like 5.3.5 PDO is built in.
http://localhost/xampp/phpinfo.php

So try installing your Drupal 7 and see if it chucks a wobbly looking for the dll file.
If you have the dll uncommented in the php.ini file but no file in the ext folder then you may get an error anyway - so best testing Drupal with the dll commented out first...

...but if it still chucks a wobbly then you may find a download link in the above search results.

Simply you can download the right version of 'php_pdo_mysql.dll' then put it in the 'ext' folder of PHP by defaulf it is like this (C:\xampp\php\ext) ,
I tested this solution and it works well!
I already found the file on the book author website which is no longer available from the errata page of the book.
