BUG Xampp 1.7.7

Dear Xampp Developers,

There is a bug in the Xampp 1.7.7 release regarding APC. When you enable the extension. Apache fails to start because of a failure during the loading of php_apc.dll.
I had to download a new compiled version of php_apc.dll compatible with the php version used in Xampp 1.7.7 (x86 v9 thread-safe).
