to fix
1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2. Open “hosts” in your fav text editor
you will likely see 2 lines:

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

3. Comment out the “::1″ line
4. save
5. Try phpmyadmin again.

Done.

Hi mylife2012vn,

First rule: If you want to get help from volunteers, you have to be polite. Some sort of greeting and complimentary close don't cost much time. Some sort of request with Please and a question mark would be polite too.

Second rule: It is an unwritten rule here that each user opens an own thread for each single issue. That will help the volunteers to find that issues they are familiar with (for example that thread here is marked as solved. But your issue is not solved yet), and will help others with the same problem to find helping threads much easier and faster.
Another reason for this rule is, that your issue might sound similar to the OPs one, but the solution can be different.

In your case:

you don't use the original port for MySQL as the OP uses. That can cause other issues with DB driven scripts, so that change is not recommend.
Have you configured phpmyadmin to request on that new port?

best wishes,
Altrea
