Instant Art Not Working

I uninstalled an older version of XAMPP and installed XAMPP 1.7.7. The Instant Art script is not animated, whereas it used to be when the older version of XAMPP was installed. How do I fix this?

Mine to I had to do the whole thing over again but it's not working. How do I get the instant art to work.

I haven't been able to find a solution on Google. Also tried setting up ImageMagick to replace GD, but the site where the php_imagick.dll file gets downloaded from is apparently up for sale.
