This is maybe the worst error report ever posted at this board.

at your second screenshot you maybe use an incorrect url.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)

How about you tell us:

A. what it was you were trying to do when you got that error

B. A tiny bit of the history, such as what you had installed etc.

i am trying to work php files but its not working

smart aleck. how should i know the correct url if you don't give us any information about your environment, your configuration, your storage location, your files, your logfiles or any other important things?

just a guess (or look into cristal ball) try in your browser: localhost/yen1.php
If it works: localhost links to your root folder which is in standard configutation c:\xampp\htdocs.
