PHP suddenly not working

Hi,
I've been using Apache & PHP for a few months now. Apache, PHP and mysql are installed separately not by XAMPP.
To my surprise, when I restarted the computer today it's not working properly anymore.
I deleted the Apache log and access files and restarted Apache to see the result.

The Apache error.log file contains the following:

So where should I check to know what the problem is?
