First please correct your Windows version in your profile:

We need to know which Windows version you are using as now support is very much version related.
The link above will explain.

1.7.7 is your XAMPP version.

Now we need to know your Windows Operating System.

Thanks for that.
All you achieved by not adding that info when you registered (3 times) and subsequent numerous requests was to waist needless amounts of your own time, as that info request is very important for correct support or we would not need to ask for it.

XAMPP for Windows 1.7.7 is compiled using VC9 (Visual C++ SP1) and so the runtime file (Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)) is needed and can be downloaded then installed using this Microsoft link which also contains full information:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/de ... px?id=5582

Then try and start Apache again.

New users can often find self help by reading these pages:
readme_en.txt file in the xampp folder.
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html
http://www.apachefriends.org/en/faq-xampp-windows.html

Some useful reading that may help you help us to find suitable solutions:
