Can't access to phpmyadmin

I can't access to my database through phpmyadmin.
Here is the error that I got.
Can anyone help me to solve the problem, I will be very grateful for that. Thankyou

Check the ownership of that folder.

My hard drive crashed. I installed a new one with the recovered data from the failed drive. So far so good. One problem is when I start Xampp I am getting this syntax error: "Syntax error!

dyld: Symbol not found: _apr_ldap_url_parse

Expected in: /usr/lib/libaprutil-1.0.dylib"

I have several sites in htdocs and related tables, I do not want to loose, and aside from a new install, I am at a loss.
Help?
