My issue:

It doesn't start, i see no conflicting programs running on the same port. The OS is pretty much empty, no skype etc. Not sure what i am doing wrong or not doing right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may need to download and install the runtime file for VC9 that the current version 1.7.7 is compiled with:
