Problem Script With PHP Version (Win 7) 1.7.7 [SOLVED]

Postby iller » 28. October 2011 18:48

First post here.

I'm having some problems with a page someone made for me. Sadly i cant reach the person who made it for me so he
cant take a look at it. It used to work on my xampp but it was some time since i used it and now when i installed the
latest xampp it refuses to work. I tried uninstalling xampp and installing it again etc etc.

it does work on my paid web host but they don't like the CPU usage of it so have to run it locally.

The problem is that the red 8's should be moving but they are just static.
Use the following url to set the parameters correctly http://localhost/timerrev/index.php?map=E&l1=140&w1=100&l2=140&w2=320&l3=140&w3=320&h=&m=&s=

You can find the script here http://www.magnussoderberg.com/temp/timerrev.zip
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could figure out what might be wrong.

This is very old script you downloaded and so may not be compatible with the PHP version in 1.7.7.

Is there any reason for including 3 identical timerev scripts @6.5megs each in your download link?
Just one would have been adequate.

Find out what version of PHP your hosting service uses (HostGator) and try and match an XAMPP version that contains a similar PHP version.

Download an earlier version of XAMPP and test your script again, you may have to do this until you find a version that works:
