XAMPP Admin Webpage Will Not Come Up (XP) 1.7.7 [SOLVED]

Hello I am using Windows XP with XAMPP version 1.7.7. I then open the XAMPP control panel and start Apache and MySQL server which then shows a green "Running" status, therefore both servers are running successfully.

But when I click the Admin button on the XAMPP control panel for either Apache or MySQL the webpage never comes up. I see "Loading" on the Firefox web browser forever without the admin page coming up. I am using Firefox and I also tried this on Chrome and Internet Explorer with the same problem.

I looked at all logs in the Apache folder and the only log file with info in it is the error.log file. Here is what in the error.log file:

Perhaps using the new CP may give a better understanding of any issues:
xampp-control-3-beta.exe
in the xampp folder.

Try a reboot of XP if you did not do that after installing XAMPP as often this fixes some errors.

Let me know back if the problem persists.

Thank you very much, the first post you referenced WORKED! So this is what I did:
On Windows XP go to: Start>Run
type
cmd.exe
then type
netsh.exe winsock reset

I AM VERY HAPPY NOW!!!!
