unable to access website address

Hi, I can't seem to be able to access my home hosted website with its ipv6 address.
im using xampp 1.7.4. (ipv6 ip address from sixxs by using aiccu) I think I am missing something as I am new to this so please excuse me if its something completely obvious but any suggestions much appreciated.

IPv6 is not enabled in 1.7.4.

The only versions I know of for sure that are IPv6 enabled are 1.7.1 - 1.7.2 - 1.7.3 - 1.7.5 - 1.7.7 (latest version).

You can download any of the above versions from here:
SourceForge XAMPP File Repository.

There is no upgrade version so you would need to backup your own files and folders from the htdocs folder, including exporting any databases you have created and then uninstall 1.7.4 completely before attempting to install 1.7.7.
