a problem with DNS

Hi.Im romanian.I install a xampp for RO.
I have download phpbb 3.0.9 (RO) with localhost/
I have some error with the DNS.I registered a DNS to my ip (free) and give me a error

it's in romanian but i translate to you.
xampp no permision to acces the site...why?

Are you sure you've installed wordpress to your root (http://localhost) and not to http://localhost/wordpress?
The site you are trying to request (http://xyz/xampp) is only accessible from localhost.
However, you should NOT run XAMPP in the Internet!
