How to install php Curl on localhost

I have installed XAMPP on localhost. Some CMS scripts and their addons are asking for php curl. I don't know how to install it on localhost

Could anyone help me with this?

In the mean time:
edit your php.ini file

locate:
;extension=php_curl.dll

UNCOMMENT THE LINE
RESTART APACHE
