Once again you have asked a question that is not in the scope of this forum to answer, like your last question, we can only make suggestions.

You can't install this on XAMPP as it has it's own web server, PostgreSQL and client - in fact when you run this app you may have to mess with port conflicts, depending what ports this app uses.

Download from SourceForge tinyerp-allinone-setup-4.2.2.exe and install it on your PC.
Then use the wizard to set it up.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I need absolutely free stock inventory only application to record our office IT stocking including cartridges and CDs. I really could not find anywhere. Even though , I have found some on sourceforge and use XAMPP to simplify that , they are not ok to run.

I know tinyERP was changed to OpenERP but which is now only demo version for free users.

Could you please suggest me anything ?
