I'm french so excuse me for my very bad english.

I have installed XAMPP on a server. And it's works OK.

But when I restart the server for the first time after install XAMPP, i got an error an "XAMPP Control Panel Application" :



Can you help me?

Hello Matt,
You could download and extract the new version 3 XAMPP Control Panel exe file into your C:\xampp folder and use it instead of the included buggy XAMPP Control Panel as it may eliminate the status check error:

Simply create a shortcut and place it on your desktop for easy access.

According to your screen cap you may also have an issue with Apache starting and so I would read the C:\xampp\apache\logs\error.log file for clues at about the date and time you last tried to start Apache - if you find there is no error.log file then try and start Apache using the apache_start.bat file in the xampp installation folder, which may give feed back why it can't start - if you are lucky the new XCP v3 may also reveal why Apache can't start.
