Having Trouble Installing Xammp 1.7.2

hi guys

I'm having trouble installing on Windows 7. I have both a 64 and 32-bit environment and it doesn't even get to the installation page.

It pops up some message about how the file has been corrupted and that I need to reinstall or redownload the file. I've tried numerous times but it's still not working
