Uninstall xampp

I tried uninstalling xampp but ran into a problem. Everything "seemed" to go away but the xampp folder is still there. And I have to manually delete the remaining files. However, the folder, "mysql" and its subfolder, bin are there and the bin folder has an exe file that cannot be deleted. What should I do?

Do you have unregistered the MySQL Service and stopped MySQL process?
