How Can I Get phpmyadmin to manage one of my virtual hosts?

Hello! I want to run wordpress on a virtual host I created in xampp. This is not a localhost, I own the domain, but the phpmyadmin and mysql database on xampp are setup to administer localhost. Is there some way to also use them to administer my virtual host?
