Do you have Apache installed as a Windows service ie. does it start when you boot your PC usually you will have the Svc check boxes ticked in the XAMPP Control Panel?

If so then stop Apache and remove the ticks in those Svc check boxes then restart your PC.

Next open the XAMPP Control Panel and make sure that no ticks in the Svc boxes and Start Apache and MySQL, continue to use and report back if your error continues to occur of it has gone away.

If it continues then after saving your own files and folders from the htdocs folder uninstall XAMPP but first make sure that all XAMPP components are stopped and the Control Panel is closed and then it is safe to delete the xampp folder.

Reinstall XAMPP and see if you still get the error messages.
