PECL upload_progress.dll - 64Bit

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem mit der PECL erweiterung upload_progress.dll
Ich habe diese von http://downloads.php.net/pierre/ heruntergeladen.
Auf meinem Windows 7 - 32 Bit System funktioniert diese mit Xampp 1.7.3 wunderbar.
Auf meinem Server (Windows Server 2003 R2 64 Bit / Xampp 1.7.3) bekomme ich nach dem aktivieren der Erweiterung und dem Neustart von Apache folgenden Error: "<b>Fatal error</b>: Internal zval's can't be arrays, objects or resources in <b>Unknown</b> on line <b>0</b><br />"

Apache bleibt dann auch beim Neustart hängen und ich muss einen Reset des Servers machen (der Dienst lässt sich nicht mehr beenden).

Mit einer anderen Version der Upload_progress.dll bekomme ich den Error:
"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: uploadprogress: Unable to initialize module\nModule compiled with module API=20060613\nPHP compiled with module API=20090626\nThese options need to match\n in Unknown on line 0"

Mit diesem Fehler fange ich ja noch etwas an ( Versionen passen nicht zusammen). Aber was will mir der zval's fehler sagen!?

Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben wie ich die Erweiterung zum laufen bringen kann?

After activating the extension Apache is not starting anymore (I have to reset the machine as I can not stop the service anymore).

With another version of the extension I get the following error:

This one seems pretty clear (versions are not matching) but what does the zval's error try to tell me!?

If anyone has a hint what I could do I would be happy
