Installation failed. Port 80 & Port 445 are currently in use

Hi folks,
I did search the forum first to find the solution for the "Installation failed. Port 80 and Port 445 are currently in use." and it says to disable the AV before the installation. SO I did; however i keep getting the same error. I installed and uninstalled XAMPP many times but no luck. Please help.

I did "netstat -o" but i didnt see where port 80 is used!!

No, in your case SYSTEM is blocking your Port 80

The best solution is to uninstall IIS or change the IIS Ports.
