Hi.i,m facing the problem that localhost never loads and appear.i,m using xp sp3 and i have tried both xampp and xampp lite.used every broswes from ie to opera is it possible damn i,m very frustrated.help will be very appriciated.thx

I see error 401 - Unauthorized!
possible, your OS rejects you - tried to start as admin?

Try to look in the logs of apache to see what your apache has to say.
Windows XP SP3 is hammered shut, security wise, so maybe try to adjust the firewall settings.
Also do the port check in your Xampp panel, to see what comes out there.
