problem with XAMPP and My sql-Urgent please

i am getting this error when trying to access php my admin
actually i have iis also installed at port 80 so i installed xampp at 90
now i cant access phpmyadmin but apache is being accessed
error i am getting is

Is/was there another MySQL installtion present on that machine?

Did you have phpMyAdmin running on your IIS install?
