newbie with xampp and blank page :( please help

Hello,

I'm a french user of xampp. Xampp was initially installed on my pc but this PC went out of order yesterday !!! Fortunately, I saved my xampp installation on an external disk. Yesterday, I've copied pasted the installation from my external disk to a new PC.

I've relocated all paths from Xampp control panel and it worked ......... few hours. Now, It does not work. Many services are disabled :

In the status window from http://127.0.0.1/xampp/, I get:
- MySQL database DISABLED
- PHP ACTIVE
- Perl avec mod_perl ACTIVE
- Apache::ASP ACTIVE
- HTTPS (SSL) ACTIVE
- Common Gateway Interface (CGI) DESACTIVE
- Server Side Includes (SSI) ACTIVE
- IPv4 ACTIVE
- IPv6 DESACTIVE
- Serveur SMTP DESACTIVE
- Serveur FTP DESACTIVE

What I don't understand is that Apache and my sql appears as running (green flag) in XAMPP CONTROL PANEL.

When I try to connect to my local prestashop site, I get a blank page !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help me please, I don't know what to do and I have to retrieve my database to import it to my website online ...

Did you set mySQL to be a service in the XAMPP Control Panel on the new machine?

Did you actaully take backups of your MySQL database using phpMyAdmin or mysqldump.exe???
