disable or force reload htaccess by client

Hi all,

I have installed Apache on my server (the first time) I make a dynamic .htaccess file which changes evrytime a file is redirected from the htaccess rule .... the content of the .htaccess file changes OK but the browser client load the same htacess file until I clear the cahe by the browser ......

is there a way to force reload or disable caching the .htacess file ... ???
