move xampp from a drive

hi everybody,

am using the xampp latest version. i have installed and kept the folder in my C drive. the database folder is also in the same drive. the data is very huge so i want to copy it to another drive ie D,E or F. so i would like to know will this effect my database. and what are the possible changes required.
