Upgrading FTP Server ??

Hello,

Must say first that everything installed and runs like a champ !! GREAT JOB !!!

I see that there is a newer version out for FileZilla Server, now version 0.8.8 dated - November 23, 2003. I downloaded the file from sourceforge.net and it is an .exe file that wants to install it. I now have 0.8.7 running as a service under win 2000 pro and it works fine. Just want to know if I should run their install exe or is there simply an updated file I should get to place in my dir. to start when the system boots up. Any help would be welcome as I do not want to mess it up because this is all working perfect right now.
