it seems that the libwww (LWP) is not fully installed in XAMPP Windows 1.2. The File/CounterFile.pm is missing and some others.
I just copied from an other PC where the original ActiveState Perl 5.8 is installed those missing files and it works.
Why is ppm3 not within the XAMPP Windows 1.2 perl ? and why is it not just identical with the orignial AcitveState Perl 5.8 ?
