Cannot access my webpages from wan, ports are forwarded.

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. i get that when i try to access my web pages from wan. My ports are forwarded. I can access a simple page like 1.txt if i type in http://(wan)/1.txt but when i try to just go to index.php it gives me that error.
