Connection problem

I am new here,i am not having a big knowlege about XamPP !!!!!

Can you guys please help me out.....i have insatlled Xampp(do i have to config it ? how ?)
How do i conect it to web so taht every one can acess over dere....( itried once but nothing worked i can only acees from my p.c only)

Xampp needs not to be configured in a special way, simply enter the external IP (WAN IP) of the Xampp server in any browser and it *should* connect to your server.

If you get an error message like "Xampp Sicherheitskonzept" everything works ok! This is for safety reasons, install any script or HTML documents to your htdocs folder and you may call it from everywhere.

If you get a different error (server not found or similar) you have a problem with your router (if you use any) or with your firewall.
