XAMPP with WordPress-problem.

I wan't serwer with WordPress CMS.
I read "readme.html" from WordPress folder and run "Install.php" from "wp-admin".
But page give me message, that i haven't PHP serwer.

I have XAMPP.

Dont drag & drop files from explorer to browser (that is crazy!), you must enter an URL in the browser instead. The URL must look like http://localhost/wordpress/index.php or similar. As see can in the browser, if you use drag&crop (or double click), you have the wrong protocoll "file://" instead of "http://".
