how to install Mod_Evasive in xampp

I would know how to install Mod_Evasive in xampp
I have looked in google but I didn't find any thing

so if someone have any idea I'll be so greatfull

like any other mod. get pre-compiled dll and add extension in httpd.conf

i recommend also such mods as mod_bw and mod_limitipconn
