Quota module on proftpd

Hi everyone !

I would like to use quota's functions with my Proftpd server but I read in the documentation that I need to add mod_quotatab on it. It's seems to be integrated in the classical version of the server but how can I install it with Xampp ?

I Use XAMPP Linux 1.7.3a
on Ubuntu 9.10
