Want to run php4 also

I'm using PHP5 on latest version of XAMPP. But need to install php4 also for testing purpose.

Is there any tutorial how to do this?

You 'could' make a second xampp install in a different folder of an older version. XAMPP is registry agnostic. You simply couldn't run them simulataneously, but it should work for testing.
