I discovered the following; the existing host had 2 database restriction, and contained host's "database previliges" that is clearly different from xampp myphpadmin structure.
I am assuming that I needed to edit the bunches of tables in mysql database to stimulate the existing host structure. I searched via google with various keywords to find tutorial or instructions. all hits went to cpanel "how to setup database" and "Companies' host package".
this led me to ask; how do i create this in xampp
a) "virtual host 2 database restriction"?
b) "virtual host mysql root user"? This is not the xampp root user.
Any link or tutorial on how to do this is greatly appreciated.
