Access forbidden!

When I try to go to http://localhost/xampp/ it works, but when I try go to somewhere else it doesn't. For example if I go to http://localhost/RetroActive/ it says:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

Ok,
I fixed it now, I had to give myself the rights for the htdocs folder.
